Paid sick leave
In accordance with paid sick leave laws, we provide paid sick leave to all employees who are eligible and who work within the city/county/state limits that have mandated paid sick leave.

If you’re eligible, here's how paid leave is accrued and when you can begin using it:
Hours are accrued on a weekly basis and will appear on your pay stub. Hours requested are subject to availability and eligibility so please verify available hours by viewing your paystub or contacting your Populus Group representative before requesting.
Paid sick time accrual begins on your first date of employment and is subject to the city/state waiting period before it can be used, typically 90 days after the beginning of your employment, but can be longer depending on location.
Need to use your qualified paid leave?
All time off will need to be submitted by completing our request form and will be processed on the next payroll cycle. If you choose to use paid sick leave, please enter "0" hours on your time card for the requested days.
To use your qualified leave, please complete the form below within two weeks of returning to work.

Paid time off
If you accrue paid time off through your assignment, you are eligible to take that time at your discretion. Please use our paid time off request form to submit a leave request before you finalize your leave.
