I-9 Verification

As part of your onboarding, PG makes sure you’re covered through the classic federal employment verification form. That’s right, the I-9.

Section 1:

Good news! Section 1 of your I-9 is super easy! You'll receive an email from Service I-9 Advantage with a link and PIN to assist you with logging into Section 1. Once you have completed the form, you will be asked to upload pictures of your IDs. Please ensure the pictures you upload are legible (no corners cut off, no information is covered, no glares on the picture or blurry imaging).

Once you complete Section 1, you will need to connect with your Authorized Agent for assistance with verifying your document numbers and expiration dates on the forms of ID you provide.

Section 2:

You’ll need to get together with your Authorized Agent. As a reminder, your Authorized Agent cannot be your supervisor or manager for this assignment. You can, however, use any of the following:

  • Populus Group Representative
  • Friend
  • Family
  • Neighbor
  • Roommate
  • Notary

Please contact your OBC if your Authorized Agent has not received an email including a PIN from Service I-9 Advantage.

How will your Authorized Agent be helping you? The two of you will fill out Section 2 of the I-9 together! Don’t forget to bring your IDs! You will want to present your IDs to your agent and they will fill out this section using your ID information.

What qualifies as a valid ID? Here is a list of acceptable IDs.

Please keep in mind this has to be completed no later than 3 days from your start date. However, completing this form before your start date ensures completion of your onboarding process and eliminates follow-up once you are on assignment.

Failure to complete Section 2 of your I-9 by the deadline can result in being pulled from the assignment.

Please ensure you provide a copy of your identification in your Bullhorn Onboarding365 packet if you haven't done so already!
