Direct Deposit
To update your direct deposit, please send your point of contact any of the following: a void check, direct deposit form from your bank, or a screenshot (if using mobile banking/banking app)
This must include all of the following (must be typed):
- Your full name
- Your bank's name/logo
- Your routing and accounting number
You will also need to fill out and return this direct deposit form (linked here).
